At Glosecurity we recognise that, as a business, our activities can have an impact on the environment and society. We understand the value that corporate social responsibility policies have on the society, environment, stakeholders and our company.

As a security provider, our work plays an important role in the community. We strive to provide a safe and secure environment to individuals and organisations. To achieve this purpose, we also look after our staff, in order to offer the best service possible and act according to our core values. We are consistent in our approach to business, yet remain open to improvement and innovation.

Corporate

Our team is committed to delivering the highest standards of security, safety and customer service, always integrating the values of diligence, professionalism and courteousness that distinguish us. We aim at building and maintaining long term relationships with our stakeholders (local authorities, representatives, external agencies and contractors).

We pursue excellence by following a management model that consists of planning, implementing, measuring and reviewing activities, as well as risk assessments. Furthermore, all of our staff are fully SIA licensed and undergo a yearly CRB check in accordance with British Standards 7858:2012 Security Screening.

Social: community and people

We are aware that the core of our business is people, therefore we aim at providing high quality staff with specific skills adapted to each of our clients’ needs. At Glosecurity we encourage the link between our company and the community by assisting people of all backgrounds from the local area. Furthermore, contribution from all stakeholders, both internal and external, is recognized, enabling continuous improvement of service to our customers and partners.

Environmental

Glosecurity is committed to minimising the impact of our activities on the environment. To achieve this, we encourage our staff to reuse materials and only buy what we need, and we endeavour to communicate our activities to employees and external stakeholders. Our vehicle movements are carefully planned so as to make sure petrol usage and pollution are minimised.

We commit to reviewing and updating our environmental policies to further decrease our environmental impact.
