All of our staff are fully SIA licensed and undergo a yearly CRB check in accordance with British Standards 7858:2012 Security Screening. What sets Glo Security Ltd apart from many of our competitors is our commitment to supply the highest standard operatives to our clients.
For the vast majority of security companies it has become common place to employ an individual solely based on the fact a current SIA license is held. However, holding an SIA license is only the first step in joining our valued team.
Through the training arm of Glo Security Ltd we have designed and developed our own unique, in-house training course. The course we provide for our employees is split into modules to compliment each of the security services we offer.
We are able to provide teams or individuals with varying skill sets – from First-aid Trained Guards/Stewards to Bi-lingual Close Protection Operatives – we guarantee to supply the security teams/individuals outlined by our clients.
Before deployment we ensure our operatives have completed the necessary training and are confident in the roles they are assigned. We value the feedback from our team and regular consultations take place between operatives and management to maintain the best working conditions. We feel this is a key factor in supplying a respectful, dedicated and well presented workforce. Our staff retention levels are mirrored only by our rate of client retention.
